where are my items that I paid for

I have at least 3 ticket numbers. I give them what they ask for (proof of purchase, directly from Apple) and then a few days later they email me saying they haven’t heard back so they are closing my ticket). Lesson learned. Don’t put money into any of these games.

I have requested a refund from Apple. Lesson learned- do not trust King with app purchases.

I have answered every email that they have sent me. I have all of them still in my sent folder. I also included my receipt from Apple in at least 4 of those replies.

Hi I have checked this ticket and I can see that a reply was sent from our team on August the 10th the day after this email was sent. They are waiting for a reply from you, please could you check all of your mailboxes for this one? This was sent from an agent called Poppy.

Don't give up. Try it again and get that ticket # and then we can figure out who you can speak to if you aren't hearing anything from them.
