Hi, I'm regularly winning 20+ games in a row, each time Candy Royale moves me up a level and says I am at 250+ gold bars, but then I never actually win, I just get the same message each time I win a subsequent level. This has happened 4 times now and I'm so fed up with it because I'm buying boosters etc to win levels! Please help. I have screen videos as proof.

Do you remember how many levels you need to pass to win the final share of Gold Bars?
I am guessing that, you might be seeing the pop up as "your share as of now is 250 Gold Bars"! Or is it "you won 250 Gold Bars" and a button to "Claim" underneath it?
I don't need to see the video, but, can you show me a screenshot of that pop-up of "250+ Gold bars"?

When I say 4 times, I mean this same thing has happened on 4 different occasions, 4 different days. I'm owed a lot of gold bars at this point 😂

I have always seen the "Total" reward Gold Bars in round number! But, 334 x 2 would be 668 Gold Bars!! I wonder why🤔
To collect the Gold Bars, you must finish the race by winning all of the specified number of levels. Then only, you will see that "claim" button! But, if you did complete the race and did not win the end reward, you will have to contact King Player Support team and send a complaint. Please follow below steps⬇️
Click on the Pink Cogwheel -- Click on ? icon -- Click on Events -- Select "Candy Royale" -- Scroll down all the way and click on "Contact Us" -- Fill out the form with your complaint and submit.
Since they will have your account details, the Player Support team will be able to help you👍️

Unfortunately I've done that and received no reply. Think it's time for me to part ways with this game as I just don't think customer service care. Thank you for trying!
Are you talking about the "automated reply" @Gemyo?
If so, that is normal, as it is the initial email they send out to any complaints they have received! As some of the issues can be resolved by following the steps provided in that automated email.
For others, it works as an acknowledgement. If you did not hear back even after 72 hours, all you have to do is, send a reply through that email itself. You will see a specific line written as "reply above this line". That's it! An agent should be contacting you soon!
Once they contact you, you can provide the video recordings you have with you and ask them what's going on👍️
There seem to be a lot of glitches in Candy Royale. I think the best you can do is do not trust this event, especially if it tells you that you your share is this big. Just don't trust it enough to invest gold or money to win it. It seems to me that the event has glitched in your game and probably there is no way out.
