Is it Google Chrome you are using to play the game? If so, a glitch popped up in the game last week, and the game Studio is aware about the issue and are working on a fix. You can check it out --> HERE
You said your game freezes in every two months!! Hence, I am not sure if it is the same issue as others are experiencing!!
Please make sure that the browser you use is updated frequently, and the operating system on your laptop/computer is updated regularly as well!

Thank you for the feedback . The Studio team is investigating the issues! The issue with the game on MacBooks with Sonoma software is still the same! They King team is looking into it for a fix
