I'm on Windows 7, but it's worked all along.
Anybody else have this problem? Fix for it?
I am still having the same problem and it has been a few weeks since I reported this myself. Every King game I have downloaded does not work. I did this to test my chromebook in case it was just the game itself. I can play it with no problems on my android phone but on that it is at a different level and want to keep it seperate from the one on my chromebook. I have even just updated my chromebook again and it still will not work.
I am having the same problems as the poster above, it is only King games others work, it started at the same time too just after my Chromebook updated, hope this can be fixed as I can't play BubbleWitch 2 through a browser as it's app only.
Hi I have noticed quite a few people are having problems with loading Candy Crush Saga on a chromebook. My problem started about two weeks ago and it would not load. I am using a Google Chromebook and got the game from the Google Play Store and downloaded it as an app. I had no problems with it until two weeks ago. So I have tried to download the other games that you do and they will download but cannot open them due to having the same problem. Again these were downloaded as an app through the play store. When I go to play the game it only gives an orange screen with the king logo across it. Is there any solution to this problem. I have attached a screenshot

Thanks so much for your patience and for hanging in there with us. We've been on a mission to find the Safari loading issue with Candy Crush, but after a lot of testing and investigating, we're at a bit of a standstill. It seems like the problem has become less common as we have been receiving less reports, and we haven't been able to reproduce it on our end.
At this point, we recommend trying a different browser than Safari or switching to a mobile device to keep your game going smoothly.
We know it's not the ideal solution but we simply do not have a solution until we are able to reproduce the issue and be able to investigate further.
We're truly sorry for the inconvenience this may cause 😔
IT's been 4 months and Candy Crush still isn't loading in Safari. You suggested I wait. I've waited!! You also berated me for posting about the problem and told me you would update me and keep me informed. You have done neither. Is anything actually being done about it?
Another week and still nothing! Is there any information on a resolution to this nonesense.

I am sorry! I am not aware about the features of MacBook as I have never used it! I was thinking it is just like regular laptops, but, with Apple Software!!
Now, I understand why you are so frustrated & unhappy because the game is not working!! You do not have any option to play on your MacBook😕 Do you have a cell phone or another computer that you could use temporarily?
The Studio team is investigating both the issues! But, game not working on Chrome is the first priority, as not many players have MacBooks.
I am thinking you will see some results sometime next week, as the Kingsters are off for the weekend!
Thanks for your reply but you don't seem to understand. There isn't an App for iMac, I only have the option to play via Safari or Chrome through Facebook. The Safari issue has been going on since October 2023 and the reason I've posted multiple posts is because I have had zero updates and only get a reply if I ask the question again.

Hi Sally (@Sally_Aveni) your post has been turned into a collection thread for the issue of Candy Crush not loading, so hopefully you will get a fix for your problem 'soon'.
Please note support for Windows 7 from Microsoft ended on January 13, 2015, so depending on what the issue is you might find Windows 7 unusable.
Depending on how much you want to continue playing on your PC you might like to consider downloading BlueStacks. BlueStacks is an Andriod emulator that allows you to use mobile apps on a Windows PC. Your Windows 7 PC will need Service Pack 1 installed for this to work.
I did, and it doesn't help.

Sorry to hear about this, may I ask if you have tried a different browser to see if the same thing happens? Do you play with other tabs open as well or have any other programs running at the same time?
Can you also try clearing the browser cache and see if that helps?
Hello everyone and sorry to hear you have been having issues loading the game on Facebook.
If you are all currently playing on a Chromebook, the OS is based on Android system via a “PC device”, therefore you should download the game app from the Google Play Store, instead of trying playing via the Facebook website.
Can you confirm if you have access to Google Play Store?
Not just Chrome won't load in Safari either. Although it's been crashing in Safari for several weeks at least it was loading.
Any feedback.... still not loading in Safari or Chrome on the iMac. I see that others are having this issue too.

Candy Crush disappeared from Facebook at the end of July 2023. Then it came back on Facebook and worked just fine. About 2 weeks ago, I attempted to play on Facebook. I clicked on the game. It said it was "downloading". It supposedly downloaded, but nothing happened. I get the orange King screen, but it doesn't any further than that. Then I get a a dialogue box that says it's not responding and am given the options to "wait" or "exit". If I click on "wait", nothing happens. What is the issue?

Candy Crush Saga is not loading on my Facebook on PC using the Chrome browser. Please assist to fix it.
Candy Crush Saga sometimes need the latest version of Chrome.
On your computer, open Chrome
.At the top right, click More Click Update Google Chrome.
If you don't see this button, you're on the latest version.
Click Relaunch.
Go back to the site with Candy Crush Saga game.
At the top left, click Reload.
If this doesn't solve your problem, let us know again
This didn't solve my problem. i still get the orange screen and a wait for this page to load or exit button. all other games work fine. When are you going to fix this bug???

Candy Crush is not loading through Facebook! Using Sonoma 14.1.2 on iMac. both Safari and Chrome, haven't been able to play in Chrome for over a month. Really poor!!

The issue with the game on MacBooks with Sonoma software is still the same! They King team is looking into it for a fix but, it is taking longer than expected!!
Hence, till the issue is fixed, please continue using Chrome to play the game. Once the issue is resolved, I will definitely give an update to you all👍️

But it's not loading in Chrome now!!!! It's Safari that I've not been able to use for weeks. So I've been forced to use Chrome. It stopped loading in Chrome yesterday. What's the issue now? You can't blame Apple for that surely?
