I have been playing with a long winning streak, I use boosters and don’t lose! Is it fair that I was in the middle of a Candy Royale, going for the race, that Level 10509 loads and immediately there are no plays?? I did nothing wrong, but it stopped my streak, bumped me out from Royale, all because it loaded wrong and no shuffle!! Please help!!

I am so sorry to hear that issue in your game!
It sounds like you have encountered one of the "oops" levels (like some of our Community friends refer them as)!! Unfortunately, there is nothing you can do to get back the streak or continue in the Candy Royale race!!
All I can do is to report this level to our Community In-charge, and add it to their list, to send to the Game Studio.
I am so sorry for not being any help🤦♀️

I completely understand your frustration! I too have experienced this issue multiple times!
Unfortunately, as your co-player, there is nothing I can do, but to report the level to the Community In-charge! Hopefully, the game Studio will fix these levels, so that we won't be facing them again in future🤞
