There has been a miscommunication from my side and I apologies for that 😔
Anyone who made it to the final should have have also received Gold Bars starting from the 9th January but there seems to have been a delay on sending out the rewards. The studio is currently working on correcting this and that is why we see some mentioning that they have received it and others not yet.
If you made it to the finals and still have not received your Gold Bars, please share your Game ID so I can pass it on to Player Support Team so they can help!

Apparently, there was a confusion in the announcement of "when" winners will receive their 100 Gold Bars in the first month!!
This month, it will be only the booster rewards you guys have received. It will be from February, you will receive those monthly Gold Bars, and the last batch GB will be sent in January, 2025.

Well. It’s nearly the 11th here in the UK and they still haven’t landed in my game.
Per information from king that was posted by@QueenB the bars are to be delivered after January 9th. The bars are being delivered to some winners today as noted in the original post for contest rules and regulations. You should get your bars today. I don't know where all this misinformation came from it was clearly stated that you would get the bars in January around the 9th.
I also won the winter cup and I did log on the next day and it said I won but I have not received any gold bars yet. We do we get them? On the last day of each month?
I did. Have to be at 9am or any time during that time? I think I did several times logged into account to check but not played much after I won

Please don't worry about your Gold Bars! Looks like there is a glitch in the system, that caused delay in sending the rewards!
I have already reported this issue & you are not alone. Please click on THIS Link and follow the steps I wrote there to send your complaint to the King Player Support team about your missing Gold Bars.

I have seen few more complaints about this! I would like you to send a complaint to the Player Support team and report about the issue.
If none of you have received your deserved Gold Bars, I am sure that many players out there, might not have either!! And they must have reported to King Player Support team already.
If you all do the same, the Player Support team can record all your complaints and do the needful👍️
