From level 7428 - 7811, what luck to have 3 levels impossible to start, not a single move allowed, with no more possible switches! Losing level win streaks, over and over again.

7428 is an OOPS level. Lost my win streak without playing a single move. Very disappointing.

Even if an "Oops" didn't result in losing your Candy Necklace, that would be enough.

Oops is still occurring in levels in the high 15,000s. I am sick of reporting this glitch to @QueenB who does absolutely nothing, not even a reply acknowledging the problem.
Oops! I missed your reply, Christine, and only came across it today.
I was under the impression that matching the 3 blue candies is a legitimate move, so I went to do some testing.
I was able to match the three greens separated by a color bomb in the screenshot above, so it is indeed a legitimate move. However, if such a move is the only one available, shuffling occurs (tested on a similar level with smaller starting space, I wasn't quick enough to take a screenshot). So something in the algorithm that detects available moves and triggers shuffling is not right, I think.
All in all, it was a fun little experiment (which consumed a bunch of color bombs š). Thanks!
I think it's the colour bomb at fault in your screenshot. If there were no sugar coats on that row then you still would be unable to match those three candies the usual way, for the colour bomb always gest priority and it would be a colour bomb hits all blues scenario. And that, of course, can't be done with a colour bomb that is sugar coated, causing the infuriating oops.
In addition to issues with specific levels, there is also a more general issue: matches of sugar coated candies are not processed correctly.
Here I have 3 blue candies matching in 2nd row, but... Oops!
I can't say it got fixed back then. They just changed the level from being unplayable with boosters at all to unplayable with too many boosters. If they want to really fix it, they should make boosters added only after you make a move, like on some other levels.
I don't know if introducing such levels is deliberate, but not bothering to fix them can be deliberate, yes.
Yes it is marked as fixed @MannyFae that is the point I was trying to make. 8632 has been an oops level off and on since Jan 2021. If a software issue gets fixed it should stay fixed in my opinion and the fact that a lot of the oops levels keep on being oops levels after they have been 'fixed' makes me think that King are doing it on purpose.
The issue of too many starting boosters causing levels to be unplayable has been going on for as long as I can remember. I think it is time King allowed for this known error when designing their levels.
Funny, it's marked as fixed in that thread you linked š Well, they tweaked it a bit (removed some marmalade), but too many starting boosters can still kill a winning streak.
That is so disappointing to see @MannyFae. The fact that 8632 has been an issue since Jan 2021 almost makes you think that it is deliberate.
Yet another Oops level, 8632:
With small starting space tightly packed with boosters, the level is impossible to start.
Another Ooops level, 8038, this time not only losing level win streak, one live, but also the share of Candy Royale gold bars (the last level to pass to get the share), 1st time unable to complete Candy Royale.( Ėļø¹Ė )
Passed it without starting booster easily though, left with 13 moves and with sugar stars.
@Alienscar @Scooterpie I mentioned in my new levels post this problem was supposed to be rectified ages ago. Level 15074 is slightly different in that it allows you to make moves but candy doesn't drop, therefore you can easily get to the Oops stage. @Alienscar you are absolutely correct. I am going to play that level hopefully later today. I do not know exactly what is being called through Facebook as @Peter_Tornaros was playing on the Win10/11 version. Does it mean how are you signed into your Win10/11 game? I haven't checked my different devices running Win10/11 (2) laptops and (1) PC to check how I am signed in. But from my little profile pics it looks like Facebook, Kingdom and sometimes I am a bird. My little profile pic changes.

QueenB you are wrong and you didn't misunderstand Peter. @Peter_Tornaros was describing exactly the same thing as Monica. That is, Peter was complaining about a level that failed without him making a move. If you watch the video that he linked then you would have seen this.
When @LindQ was here she told us that King were trying to eradicate this error and for everyone to report any level where it occurred.

On all three occasions, the starting board reshuffled on its own 2 times, without me even playing one move, and then announced level failed, no more possible switches, and closed the level, taking away my level win streak and 1 life.
This was my bad Monica as I had misunderstood Petes issue š£ in his case, the level is a puzzle and it only goes to Oops if you fail the puzzle.
To make sure I understand your issue, the game gave you the error message as soon as you opened these levels, without ever making a move?
@QueenB I didn't know I should have reported the recent Oooops cases for King to rectify, until I read your reply to Peter's post.

Oh yes, I forgot to include oops levels in my post about the different types of levels..... They are so annoying and sooooo deliberately placed to stop anyone on a top win streak. Hard luck!
