This is the reason why you have less moves: https://care.king.com/en/candy-crush-saga/level-changing-on-candy-crush-saga-not-getting-the-same-amount-of-moves-as-your-friends I have seen a lot of complaints here from the players regarding the number of moves for a specific level. I will forward your message to a King Admin.

My problem is nothing to do with the number of moves. I can't play because I am continuously moved to the latest level without playing. I have been putting screen shots n for weeks and you've repeatedly told me it's been forwarded to admin yet still nothing has been done and nobody has contacted meHi eicon2000, thank you for writing us here at King Care.
