Candy Crush has reset to Level 1 and Customer Care are not responding

My Kindle crashed on 12th July whilst playing CC. I was on level 2328 and it has reset to level 1. I have not used Facebook

I found a link above, filled in the boxes and received anther automated response about playing on facebook. The email is not relevant and doesn't help me. I am in a loop here as the email told me to logon to King Care!! I am in despair here. It took me years to reach level 2328!

and how do I play through Kingdom anyway? I turn on the Kindle and open CC. That's it!!

Sorry but how does this help? I have never played on FB and don't want to. Customer care sorted this last time and I set up a kingdom account. There is no point giving me links on how to not lose levels when I have lost them all!!. Last time CC Customer Care reset me level. This time I have sent about 10 emails and they do not respond. I'd like my levels reset please

End game directly once moves running out, I cannot use the gold to buy more moves to clear level suddenly. Thanks
