Unfortunately some players, including one of my two games, get these mastery token as prizes but don't have the "event" to use them. It's ridiculous. My other game does have the "event" which looks like this on the events page. If all players who get the stars as prizes got the event we wouldn't get all those queries about "What the hell are these?" !!
What IS the point of awarding mastery token stars as prizes for player who do not have the mastery token feature in their games?
For anyone wondering what it is , in the events tab it looks like this:
And for anyone missing this in their games, let me tell you you are not missing much, the prizes are rubbish so far.
The last season mastery in the autumn (sorry, "fall" for those of you across the Atlantic) was a lot better as far as I recall.

I agree with you, I really do not see the purpose of distributing these stars if one cannot collect them.
As for the rewards, the final chest (Platinum) contained some nice boosters (see teeweiping's post above).

@Princess_Jessica can you tell me how I know what rank I'm at? I just won the champion race and had a win streak of 72 with 3 stars... I'm still in shock.

13369 level ,so hard ,have already played it 40 times..no way to pass but to pay,sorry not paying to play this,not worth it

Hi there, @QueenB! Finally, the new pop-up in the "events" tab, Season Mastery, just arrived in my game, just in time for the other event "Pot of Gold" to arrive so I could collect the mastery points!!!
