Hi Jolandast, where are you playing the game? Computer? There is an issue with the new Chrome version. Check more info there: https://care.king.com/en/candy-crush-saga/laoding-issue
It has been suggested that you use another browser instead. Please try Opera or Edge. Firefox had a bit of an issue recently so I'm not sure if it was resolved on this browser.

That dous not solve the problem for me. Than i still can't recieve lives from friends. I am losing a lot of lives at the moment.......That makes no sense on a mobile device! Can you try not logging into Facebook and logging into the Kingdom instead? I don't play any of the King games on Facebook because there are always a lot of problems.

I am struggling to think of why this might be happening, but my brains are mush right now lol. It is a quarter to eight in the am and I am not fully awake yet. Can you get back to me asap? Thanks!

hi Laura. I just checked and there are no update's for Facebook so i have the most up to date facebook app. I am on the wifi network and otherwise on the mobile network so that is defenetly not the problem.Hi Jolandast!
