Candy Royal disappeared when I have 3 levels left

Here we go CC. The Royal came up to win 21 levels to get a share of 1500 gold bars. So I being playing along lucky enough to win straight 18 levels. I won the race with the other 4 Contestants that gave me 45 gold bars. now when I start the next new race I see the candy royal an I see how far it is for me to win it. So I go to bed ,get up and started playing and I now have 3 levels to go and it disappears. WHAT!!!! for the last several levels each time I won the royal shows me how many has lost out. I am now within the 10 people left to split this share. It has completely gone away. I had over a 100 bars an I used most of them trying my best to win this since I am a few levels away an it Is GONE. Now it comes up the royal again to start over an try to win 9 levels. This is hogwash an that is putting this nicely. I went to the SUPPORT group but would not let me click on anything. I took a screenshot today showing my level I am on but the royal had disappeared. I am very sorry this happened to you but I cannot see how anyone can help you with this. It's a glitch in the game, one of many glitches that have been reported. That Candy Royale race you were playing and disappeared is lost forever now, I fear you will have to count your losses and move on. Don't trust any of these side games to pay out.
