When I finish a game and usually you would get the choice to purchase some extra turns. You cannot do so cuz it will not connect. I also cannot make any purchases because it will not connect. This is been going going for 2 days now. I've checked everything I do how to and restarted my phone a couple of times.

I am sorry to hear that you are experiencing some issues in your game!!
When you try to purchase items, do you see an "error" message or a non-stop "spinning circle"? If it is neither of these issues, can you show me a screenshot of what you see?
Also, I need to know which device you are using? Did you make sure that your game has the latest version of the App?

I have exactly the same problem, I have already sent you all the screenshots and details. I hope this will be fixed very soon
Same issue, non-stop spinning circle trying to connect to the App Store on iOS.
I have done everything to make sure I have the latest version of Android and the Candy crush game. This started a few days ago and I've yet been able to solve the problem. I cannot send or request lives, I cannot make any purchases. It just spins around and sometimes it will say not connected.
