They played offline and went online. They likely did not do 500 in a day but it just shows it since when someone is offline then goes back online any levels they played are considered "that day".

Oh my Goodness @Fifty8lady I am so sorry you lost all those boosters! It's so many!

King won't be able to restore your boosters as these are stored locally on your phone. They will compensate purchases made with real money but that does not seem to be the case here. King don't want players to hoard this many boosters, and they no longer give out many free boosters to new players to avoid players hoarding them like that, so they definitely will not give you those back on account of your screenshot. If you still have the old phone and can get it to work to play the game then use them all up to win episode races on the old phone and gain gold into your account. The gold will always transfer to your new phone.

I'm sure given your expertise and gold balance you'll be able to regain a well stocked inventory before long! Good luck!

The event actually came into my game just before the end of the qualifying round. In the middle of a new episode, I received the message that I had been assigned to Team Yeti. It also started well for me until I caught a flu cold and had to spend 3 days in bed. When I felt better, the qualifying round was over and I received the message that I had just entered a snowdrift and unfortunately did not qualify.

How can the top player have such a high score when they’ve only won 6 games this week???

That is a good question and an interesting screenshot @TeriK . Obviously there is something not right here. In my group all the top players have already played more than 200 levels this week, because if they hadn't they would not have qualified for the final. Even if the player card is not updated for a day or two, which is possible, they must have played more levels than that in the semi finals. I also do not believe it is possible to score this many points playing old levels, which don't have the 30x multiplier. @QueenB Can this be investigated?
