Boosters and Events gone after reinstallation

I've reinstalled the game since I wanted to have the possibility to watch ads to get lives (just like my bf does!). Spoiler: Did not work!

After re-installing and signing in with facebook, my level was correct and I still had my friends but what is really upsetting: all my boosters are gone! I would like them back, please! I played a lot to get those and there was no warning whatsoever anywhere in the process that that could happen!

I knew this when I got a new phone last year, lives and boosters are saved on your device, there's nothing King can do to bring them back. You just have to build them up again.

As Christine said, it's been told time and time again in the community, that you will lose boosters and lives when you get a new device.

It is very sad this happened to you, but to be fair @vegastini the fact that you lose boosters if you uninstall the game has been known about and spread about in this community for years. There have been many warnings here. Also I always get the message "Deleting this app will also delete its data" when I delete ANY app on my iPad. Apple certainly warn their customers of the dangers of deleting an app.

Sorry that happen to you , If you delete and reinstall the game, then Boosters can be lost and just saved Levels. The Gold Bars do sync across all platforms in all games, but the Boosters do not sync between devices.
