Loss of all levels even log out Facebook

I try to save the progress by creating a separate Facebook account, after I saw the app confirmed the progress are Synchronise in Facebook, then at the same time, I installed the candy crush on a new phone and login into same account, no progress was save. Even worse, when I checked the old phone, it turned to level 1 during login and I immediately logout from Facebook, it still showed level 1. I am actually in level 1xxx. Both my new and old phones are Apple. I login the Facebook account from a third device but can’t see it save any game progress! Why I logout the app from Facebook and still can’t recover the original progress, please help!
