No sounds notification anymore on gsm

My gsm doesn't give sounds for notifications anymore, as soon as I start this game. This problem doesn't exist while playing Pet Rescue Saga or Bubble Witch 2.

It's annoying, for I can't be reached as soon as I start playing!

I want my notifications back. What should I change?

The latest Saga version is now 1.1371.10. I don't have an Android so what I am going to do for you is to post this with the King Superstars to see if anyone can help you further.

I don't have any problem playing the game. (option nr 1 in your link)

I have problems receiving notification sounds from other apps while playing the game.

I did the clearing cache and reinstall thing already. (also fb) but that didn't work! (option 2 in your link) So... The link you send me is either the wrong link or you misunderstood me.

Or.. I did miss something?

I hope you can either figure this out or find someone else to figure it out.

I removed and reinstalled the game. Tested it by calling my gsm with another phone. I ended up with a quiet notification. Not the result I was looking for and so I removed the game again. But I feel it's safe to say that this didn't happened over night. I already had noticed this some time ago (at least a week, probably several weeks ago that this had happened.) I simply didn't test it until I noticed it again today.

I assume I had the latest version since I reinstalled the game today. But for now I'll be playing it on my tablet instead of on my cell. I do hope though, that you'll figure out the problem.

I use a Huawei p10 lite. Completely updated.

This might be a new glitch starting. You are the first player reporting this. Let’s try some troubleshooting tips by following the steps on this link: https://www.elsalanger.net/blog/troubleshooting-tips

I would also like you to please check if you have the most recent version of the game.

On Android, Go to Settings > application settings > manage application, then tap on the app. It'll say the version you are running under the name.

On Apple, Go to the App store > click on the game app, and it will say it under the name.

On Windows 10, Go to the Settings > click on the game > click on Advanced settings, then you will see what version you have.

Most of the time my game is disconnected
