How come friends of mine on their candy crush mobile app they are given the option to watch a video or advertisement for extra perks? Sometimes its to start a level with a striped candy or a hammer or sometimes at the end of the level it might have the option for more moves?? I would like the option to watch the advertisements also on my mobile app. Ive got an LG stylo 5

The video ad feature is still a test feature, which means that some of you can get Lives, while others can get Booster or other items from this feature.
This also means that the video ad feature will not always be available and not found in all player's games or on all devices.
So if you at the moment are missing the video ads in your game, just stay tuned and keep an eye in the game to see when it's back.

My friends and I play candy crush against one another for fun but now certain friends watch ads and get perks and are 100’s of levels ahead from some of us. How can we get the ads ??

Your friends that received the Ads must have been added to the Test Groups. Not to worry! You too will be receiving Ads, but, just a matter of time!
To make sure that you too are added to these test groups --
- Regularly update the game App;
- Make sure that you have enough free space on your device storage;
- And, stay active in the game.
