Ad goes black
Candy Crush game Ads comes on for more moves at the end of the game or for an extra reward before a level begins and the screen goes black. There is no way to return to your game. I have lost my winning streaks and lost competitions against other players. I have been experiencing this for the last 3 days. Please fix!

I am sorry to hear that you are experiencing the "Black Screen" issue with the Ads!
This is a known issue to the game Studio and they are working on a fix! But, we do not have any news yet. Please keep an eye on our main thread for updates --> Screen goes Black after watching Ad.
