Fill in all the blank spaces and make sure you are choosing the correct topic (Problems with purchases) and subtopic (Payment queries). Once you fill it in, you will receive an automated email message. You need to reply to that message and explain your issue. If you don't reply to it, they won't reach you at all.

If you play on an iPhone you will need to contact Apple Support, Android device; Google Play Support etc. If incorrect charges has been done in your game, please check this page who to contact or where to report depending on the device you play on.
If unauthorized charges has been made with your credit or debit card, then you will need to contact the bank and the police immediately.
