Gold Not Rewarded

I was just in a tournament where a share of 1500 gold bars were up for winning. At one point it said I had 100 gold bars and 13 others to share with.
I carried on playing and won the tournament with 6 other players to share with, and only won 72 gold bars. How is that right?
1500/7 = 214 gold bars

I'm sorry to hear about this ,This issues has been reported and is being investigated. Unfortunately we're not able to handle missing rewards through the community but please follow these steps HERE on how to get intouch with our Player Support Team that handles these issues.

Hi @union_jak - your specific issue has been reported to the studio and it is currently under investigation. This is a different issue from the one where players had the tournament disappear from their game and in several cases, interrupted a player's winning streak.
We will let you know what we find out from the studio.
