3 accounts have this event, ending in a few hours.
Val(at level 7821 with many more new levels to play) is doing ok so far for this event, still at the top
But, as luck would have it, bumped onto 2 Ooops levels in the last episode, with no more possible switches at the start of the level:
7811 (didn't even have the chance to use my Party Booster from winning Sam's Streak!)

For Monica's account, it's a different, but equally frustrating morning. With just ONE new level and no more Star Tournament levels available, how to race up even to the 3rd position to win a reward?
My HTML version doesn't have new levels either.

This has happened to me before. I think it is just another of the many CCS & Community glitches.
As far as the Star Collection is concerned, it is just another game that discriminates against those on the top levels.

Event results out.
2 accounts at top position, one had to race up to the last hour, reluctantly crossing Level 16000.
Rewards aren't that great, compared with the 3-UFO regular candy collections
