Is there any other way to login to my account if the button won't open so I can put my info in? It won't work on the opening screen or in the game.
The clear cache didn't work so I did the clear data. It works now but I lost all the boosters ect. Thanks for your help in resolving this very annoying problem.

While you are checking the app version, you can also try clearing the game app cache. This is how you do it:
After clearing the cache, reopen Candy Crush Saga to see if the problem is resolved. If you continue to experience issues, try the "Clear Data" option.

The device is a Samsung Note 5 and I don't know where to find out game version. It's the latest update though. I play on several devices, all are Samsung and I've never had any problems til the last month or so. This latest issue just started this week.
Yes, but none of them will open the account where you can log in or out.
When you press "Play" and go to the map screen, do you get the settings cogwheel and have you tried using that to access "My Account'?

@PummyRaj What am I supposed to do? Support hasn't given me any help at all, only the same "help center" stuff that doesn't cover the issue.
Sadly, no new updates. It was all fine last Saturday when I logged out (just playing different levels until new ones came out) and when I tried to log back in, the button won't respond.

Are you seeing "connection error" message in a Red box OR are the button are just not responding?
If the buttons are unresponsive, I have experienced this once! I don't know if it was coincidental or it was a glitch... but, when I updated my game to the latest version and went back to the game, the button(s) started working again!
So, please check for any available updates in your App Store / Play Store and see how it goes.
And, yes! I agree completely👍️ Please do not reinstall your game at any cost - unless advised by one of the Kingsters.
I have restarted devices several times, open and shut app, done everything except uninstalled. I hate to try thar as I'll lose everything.

Does it still do this when you have tried closing the app fully down and reopening? Are you trying to log in via Facebook? If so did you accept the accessibility request or can you not even get that far?
