Hi Candy Crush - Hope all is well. Can you please help me fix this glitch! I am qualified but I’m not able to win prizes because it says my level is at 531 but I’m actually on level 1450. And I’m not able to enter the other little daily tournaments like levels passed it says 0 but I’ve passed way more than the 1st player and it doesn’t make sense but it won’t count that but for Sam’s streak it does count and you have to pass levels for that one too. I posted about this a week ago but now I’m qualified and I know I have 4 more rounds to go. Please help me
Totally agree with this solution. This happened to me once during Winter Game and I had to do the same: winning the levels in the middle to bridge the gap.
Please replay and win levels 531 and 532 and this should unstick your avatar @Tiffani_Pumacayo
See I just passed 7 levels and on the weekly contest it says I passed 0. I’m playing fair and square please help

Hello @Tiffani_Pumacayo it looks like your Avatar is stuck at level 531. To get your Avatar back to your correct level please replay and win levels 531 and 532.

Please email Player Support so they can restore the levels manually on your account.You can also email them from here and tell your Game ID there.
Can you please removed this glitch so I have a fair chance to compete. It says I’m at 531 but I’m 595 and I haven’t been able to win any rewards from finished races
