Why was Lollipop Hammer removed from Sweet Cinema?! WHY?!!π
Why the lollipop hammer was always the last booster to be selected is something that has been discussed here before @Jill_Doyle
The only logical conclusion that can be made is that the Sweet Cinema was actually controlled and not at all random as its design made it look.

My guess would be because the lollipop hammer is one of the most useful boosters to have. Many of the levels seem to be designed in such a way that you will use all of your moves and be left with one jelly, or one icing, or one dragon above a candy that can't be matched. In these circumstances a lollipop hammer is the perfect booster. By giving away less of them the aim is probably to see how many people quit the game and how many use money to buy boosters.
