I am on level 1775. only getting 12 turns. Same on phone and laptop. Help please

Hi.    Level 1775.  Only coming up with 12 turns at beginning of game.  Its the same on phone and laptop.  Help please

I think you mean to post in the Candy Crush Saga Community  There members familiar with that game will be able to see your post and can help you.  Or you can select the correct community by clicking the Games tab in the top left corner.

You may see videos online showing the level with a different amount of moves or level completely changed.  The studio monitors all levels and if they think players are finding too easy or too difficult they will "tweak" the levels and you are seeing a pre tweaked version.  Also different platforms (Facebook/Windows 10/phone apps) the levels can be completely different.
