Cant pass level due to game malfunction

i am on level 1879 & the challenge is to get 3 yellow pieces and you have to break the check marks to get the yellow pieces but when I break them it gives me a white thing and I physically can’t pass the level due to this. Please help. It’s super annoying.

Okay I will try there & I tried that and it just gets rid of the white block and never gives me a yellow

I think you mean to post in the Candy Crush Saga Community There members familiar with that game will be able to see your post and can help you. Or you can select the correct community by clicking the Games tab in the top left corner.

What you are seeing is not a malfunction. Its because you need both the blocks and yellow candy. When you break a checkmark candy you have a chance of getting either. So if you break a checkmark while you still need blocks you have a chance of getting a block. Remove the blocks first then they will alway be yellow candy or chance it and you may get a block and will not be able to complete
