I been playing for awhile but my game doesn't show the option to see ads for extra lives. I don't understand why

Dd, I am with you about these hard levels right after each other. I have never had ads to help me and King never explains why not. I also have to wait for that lucky board. I am also ready to delete since King has made it almost impossible to pass without boosters or extra moves.
I played every morning for years. Then I was laid up for a while . The game gave me something to do to pass the time instead of going stir crazy. But I could watch the ads and get a booster or two to help me pass a level.
Now I just play the same damn Legendary Hard level day after day hoping for the King algorithm gods to finally smile on me and let me win with no boosters.
Or else I’ll finally have had enough, I’ll delete my game, and will talk crap about King Candy Crush to any and everyone within earshot from then on.
I’ve been playing for years. The only time I purchased anything. I had received gift cards and downloaded them and thought I was using that money. I was not. So I have went more than 9 years without purchasing anything. I was able to watch ads to get what I needed to advance. A few weeks ago my husband got very sick. I was very stressed. Playing Candy Crush was stress relief for me. I got frustrated and decided to make a purchase so I could pass the level I was on. I have not had a single video since. I’ve continued to make purchases. But I’m done! If I can’t pass levels I will just delete the game.
That one's kinda obvious....you should've never made a purchase. Their so thirsty for you to make purchases it's ridiculous. So now that they've seen that's a possibility their not going to give you freebies anymore I don't think. I miss my ads too. Never thought I'd say I miss ads but I do !!!
SAME ! I had an app that gave me ads as options 4 Xtra moves & even 4 Xtra lives on occasion. I got past level 260 but gave up. I wanted to start the game all over again but couldn't figure out how. So I deleted it & installed a new one which was ridiculously hard from an early level. My daughter is also playing a "version" which is different from both the first two I played. She then downloaded one that was supposed to have unlimited bars but it has unlimited everything and is boringly easy. Thats FOUR different versions of candy Saga ! And I know I'll never be able to retrieve the original because I think it was an older version ..oh the cheat version gave me an option to update it. I thought it might be more like a normal one. But if took me too a non working page after interrupting my game several times asking me if I wanted to. Its ridiculous! Like why is say level 105 different for everyone in a household?

@sdewanda34 there's nothing wrong with the game. It's just ran the way king wants to therefore no fix. As far is an explanation it's their game no need to explain it to us.
Has King given you an explanation and a fix?
No way to get boosters except by paying for them! Then King throws in multiple Super Hard and Legendary Hard on each level making it near impossible to win the level and get points. I’ve gotten to 250 extra lives to complete a game but have NO points to pay for it.
You guys have sucked the joy out of playing this game!

I always had option to view ads, which tend to earn rewards, however after making an in app purchase I have never seen one since, it forces you to pay to progress in the game
