what happened to things like "your personalized choice' all the picks are not there?

Some offers are time limited, so if you have lost an offer that you are used to seeing it could have just come to an end now.
If you find an answer please post. Mine still not fixed - Personlized picks and nothing there.
I have the same problem - says personilised picks but nothing to choose
It's ok I assume it will correct itself eventually - usually does when there are issues. Besides will save me some money.

When you say there aren't any pics then all I can think of in the game that you can personalise yourself is your avatar
If it isn't your avatar could you please provide more detail on what you are struggling with. A screenshot would help a great deal.
