The leader has no name or picture and country shows China. I really hope this tournament is being closely monitored for cheating.

Hello @Tataof3 no, China isn't an eligible country.
Eligibility: To be able to compete as a Participant in the Tournament you must:
3.1.1. be normally resident in the United Kingdom, United States of America, Brazil, Canada, Germany, France, Italy, the Netherlands, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, Norway, Denmark, Austria, Ireland, Finland, Poland, Romania, Czechia, Greece, or Portugal;
Not everyone in China will be a Chinese national though
The problem with your issue is that whilst people that can't play in live finals will be weeded out during the Final Knockout Round 1 that doesn't help when they can potentially take a position of a legitimate player in these early rounds
