Unable to play when offline.
That doesn't work. Used to be able to play when I have no data connection and now I haven't been able to for a few days. Just wondering if it's just me or a new thing?
The game should definitely work offline. You won't be able to participate in live events and other events, such as the episode race will only load if you play the first level connected to the internet. You also cannot access the app store to use your gold bars offline. However, if you close the game and then go offline and open the game it should work. If it does not for you, what screen do get when you try to open the game? In fact for me the game loads more quickly when I open it in offline mode than when I open the app connected to the internet.
What do you mean by you can't play @Chrisputnam Is your game not starting?
It opens up like normal but the game does not respond when I tap anywhere to play or for lives or anything. Only does it when offline. As soon as I have service it works normal.
I can try to uninstall and re-install the app I guess but I'm worried I'll lose my progress cause it's a new phone. ๐
Well, I un-installed and re-installed and it worked for a minute offline then stopped again. ๐ Of course I lost all the extra lives sent to me in the process as well. Phone is the Galaxy S24+ in case anyone is wondering.
Hello @Chrisputnam you should never uninstall your game as this deletes all your game data from your device along with any progress in your Events.
No one else has reported any issues playing offline, so the issue might resolve itself for you. How is your game behaving now?
