Hi.l have been playing candy crush saga for 5 years .recently l have had connection problem .l reinstalled the game.Now l can't retrieve my progress. Please help me

Hi,l read all the guide .leave good connection to internet but the game keeps telling me you have connection error or you are offline. I haven't shared the game with anyone.
