How can I recover my candy crush levels on new ph? my email didnt work

HELP..I dont want to start all over I was almost at 1600 ,,, I put on email pw but it retrieved my name but not my levels..I don't want toto start over .. I have been paying for over 3 yrs ,,HELP..I got a new phone .and levels did not switch over

I was connected threw my email. on old ph .when I got new ph i forgot my pw but was sent a link to make new password... the only thing that transfered over was my name ..not my pic or levels..please help me

I disabled fb on Galaxy 7 phone... It didnt work.I was not connected to fb on my old phone.I cant excess my old ph the screen is totally black.I have played this game over 3yrs and I really dont want to start over. help is there another way...
