I was playing in the Final Round & now tge all stars isnt on my app

Hello. I'm a little stressed because i was in 1st place lead for first round of the finals. After beating a level,a Yeti mission popped up on my screen and i closed it out but now i cant see the leader board anymore nor any of the All-Star Hub and options. Please tell me i did not lose my place. I really hope all my progress didnt just reset because i've spent a lot on boosters and spend a lot of time getting to 1st place.

Sorry for the stressful soubding post.

Does anyone know whats happening with my app? Am i kicked off?

It is just a glitch and many of us are experiencing that! Please don't worry! To replay/play a level with Purple candies and winning is the trick!

Hello Kiara. Thank you for your reply! I dont know what happened but all my progress and leader board position reappeared. That was strange but i appreciate your help. I saw another post after i posted this one and it addressed the same issue. If anything like that happens again i'll definitely try what you advised. Thank you!

Please Log out of the game -- close the App -- restart your device after shutting it down for about 10 minutes -- reopen the App and log into the game -- replay a level that has Purple candies and win it -- see if the leaderboard appears again.

I am restricted and playing candy crush lite version due to rules and regulations I do not know why ?
Level 10054
Level 10054 is impossible to pass because the 4th required Dragon does not drop, I have used many booster and bombs and still have not cracked this level because the fourth and last required doesn't appear.

Got Booster Wheel Jackpot, But It Didn't Include the 15min UFO
I got the booster wheel spin jackpot today, and it looks like it's supposed to include everything that shows on the wheel. However, there was no 15 min unlimited UFO blaster (it showed it in the graphic showing you won the jackpot, but it was not in my boosters). Is this a known issue or just a one off glitch?
Inventory/Boosters Lost - (Edited by CM: Under investigation)!
My inventory disappeared overnight Hundreds of boosters lost Back to square one !! Any ideas why and how to retrieve ?? Gutted !!
