Yes, this is just my personal guess. I don't know how long @Sapple2's game is, and I can't explain why I was beaten 5 levels ahead after playing one level. That "trick" is to be 5 levels ahead from the start.
=====================
This is a post in DiDS. I seem to have encountered this kind of person, haha. It always takes me 3 hours to complete within 20-30 minutes. And the studio can't do anything to counter it.
〔Cheater on Rival Challenge?〕

If I didn't know Sapple2 and just looked at the screenshots, I might be misled.
In a very short period of time when the four players failed to pass a level, player Sapple2 has reached the end.
Conclusion: Player Sapple2 cheated.
Hahaha.…......
Sapple2 don't be angry, I'm joking.
We are not omniscient and omnipotent. With limited clues, we can only guess, and the results of our guesses are likely to be wrong.
Sorry @steventseng but you cannot compare the two situations.
What you posted about DiDS definitely show a repeated cheating issue. Players have screenshots, demonstrating that some results are not feasible unless using a cheating trick. And Support team helplessly concludes that they cannot concludes to a cheating behaviour. They have the screenshots, I am sure they have the means to check those screenshots validity... What else do they need? I fouund them useless as always, and the poor Lim has nothing else to offer but apologies for their uselessness.
Who are these players?
You do compare that to a one shot experience from Sapple2. Unless advised otherwise, nobody has reported her as a cheater, nor put forward any evidence of her cheating.
This is just gaming thankfully. One thing is sure, it just comforts me in just playing my games without joining in those in-game races/ challenges.
With limited clues, we can only guess, and the results of our guesses are likely to be wrong.
I agree my friend, at our levels. Support teams have many more means than us to decipher what is beyond what we see. But they do not use them or do not react upon them.
Again that raises the question of who are these players
Hello there, @Ibnana and @steventseng! Good morning to you guys! 👋😄
@Ibnana Congratulations on your honor of congratulating me, my dear! 😊🤗
@steventseng No need to apologize for your delay in mentioning me, my friend, and thank you very much for sharing this news with you as members!!😉😁🤗
When I was competing in the CCSS Winter Cup, almost without sleep, I saw posts from friends in the community, and his/her points were 3 times as much as mine (Amoonmoon said she had seen 5 times the points), and this was also obvious. It's not something that normal people can do.
At that time, Sapple2 told me not to jump to conclusions easily, because we don’t know how he/she did it, and it does not mean that the other party is "cheating".
I think what she said makes sense, so I'm just guessing and not drawing any conclusions.
The above statement about "Conclusion: Sapple2 cheats" is just a joke between friends. I believe she understands me and won't be angry, (maybe).
I found that most of them are KingXXXX (Meta users), and they may not even have a registered account, only a game ID.
I mean, it's hard for the average player to find evidence to prove it.
Even if there is evidence, the studio may not be able to make a decision that suits the players' wishes.
Players can only helplessly admit that they are unlucky when encountering "hackers".
Remember that Boybinary post I sent you?
Before his public explanation, most people thought that scoring more than 1 million points in 15 minutes was hacking or cheating.
His explanation and DJVally's actual operation video confirmed that this does not need to rely on "hacking" methods, and can be achieved entirely within the game mechanism.
This is one of the reasons why I dare not draw conclusions easily.
