@FluffyDinosaur @kiara_wael @bearwithme @PummyRaj . Seems to me that there's about 3 or 4 people that actually answer questions posted here. No need to name them I'm sure everyone knows who they are. My question is what's going on? I see lots of unanswered questions that only real moderators are able or should answer but are not being answered. Is there some kind of delay going on? Just wondering as usual.

Ya we have a really odd relationship in that regard. It is sorta an on again off again border crossing policy.
I suspect the insane amount of commercial travel going from Quebec and Ontario into the US to buy stuff/see doctors and such is the main reason. That and in the Prairies you can take a back road near the border, make a wrong turn and end up in the US. :)
Haha @Pyrolight I thought I was going senile when you said Canadian's needn't bother applying because when I checked there was a note on the page that says Canadian's don't need a visa
I am positive Brazil was 1 or 2 days across the board when I first posted the link, as I wasn't checking the waiver ones. Also Toronto was not 822… just wow.

All the countries listed at be able to play in the US are on the waiver program except Brazil.
Yes @cookiemae we are all painfully aware of that. This is why the questions about a visa are so important.

I completely agree with you. Even I remembered QueenB post to help players. Since I've been here in the community, I've always helped. I saw how many players needed an answer. All day I had only answered and helped the players. I then decided that I would continue to help with Jelly as before and now also Candy Soda. I would have liked to help further, but there are reasons why I have now changed my mind. I love all the players and I will continue to help.

Except for the unknown issue of whether or not King expect the winner to have the visa when they fill in the in-game form @Pyrolight
Also there is still the issue that you can't apply for a visa unless you know the address of where you are staying. At the moment we don't know when King will supply this information to the winners.

Hi @cookiemae, I saw your message just now and felt the need to respond. I have noticed the same thing and it gets very confusing when 2 and sometimes a third GM will comment. Perhaps they need to cut back on just one GM responding. Just my thoughts on this!

Of course, I'll try to keep these answers up in the future so players don't have to wait too long to get replies. I really appreciate you tagging me in discussions and questions by the way.
I absolutely understand this isn't ideal especially having to pay that big of a fee for Visa when it's not clear if the player will make it to the final. At the moment, the information I have is that the players themselves is entirely responsible for making sure they have everything needed to travel to the US such as passport, Visa etc.
Since the time might be too short to apply for a Visa between knowing if they are in the top 10 and the time for the final, it's up to the players judgement to decide which action to take. Unfortunately, there's nothing King can do to help speed up the Visa process - but we're noting this down for future events that the timeline is short.

Please note that the issue is one of timing and money. A visa to travel to the US from Brazil costs $185. Do King really expect people to obtain a visa before they know they are in the final? (bearing in mind you can't get a visa if you don't know where you are staying). If people wait until they know they are in the top ten they will have already received the in-game form. If they don't have a visa when the in-game form pops up will they be automatically disqualifed.
If they wait until they are in the top ten to apply for a visa then this won't give them enough time to obtain their visa in time for June 10th.
I don't expect you to provide the hotel name as this should only be provided to the winners.
Hi Alienscar, totally understand this sentiment and I agree. QueenB is such a star, especially when it comes to handling Candy Crush Saga and the Community. We're doing what we can to keep the Community up to her standard, but as you've noticed too, we're falling a bit short. Thanks for voicing this so honestly.
On this topic, it's up to the players to make sure they have an approved Visa to travel to the US and this is nothing King can help with unfortunately. When it comes to not knowing the hotel and location, I'll check and see if I can get some more information, but we're definitely also forwarding the feedback that this could have been handler better for players needing a Visa in general.
On the topic of helping in the absence of QueenB, both me and Christine have asked you and other Managers to obtain accurate information regarding the subject of visas.

Can you please ask someone at HQ if players that require a visa require one before they know they are eligible to play in the live final.

I think the answer to that is obvious @FluffyDinosaur It isn't a question of how to make things better as in QueenB's absence things have gone backwards. No one replies to tags/questions like QueenB did, so all that is required to make the Community better is for the stand-in Managers to continue to do the job to the same standard as QueenB.
When tagged please acknowledge that you have received that tag. You don't necessarily need to answer the question, but acknowledgment that you have been asked something goes a long way. Shouting into a vacuum isn't a nice experience for those of us trying to help.
