Hi @Mai95 - I am sorry I did not respond right away. Are you playing on the same device you have used during the All Stars? Have you made sure your device has the latest version of the game? It sometimes also helps if you restart your device (turn it off for at least 10-15 seconds).
If you are still having this problem, please contact Player Support - you can do it by clicking on the "Contact Us" link at the bottom of this thread or thru your game itself by clicking on the pink and white wheel to take you to settings and then click on the ? (question mark). That will take you to the help center. Under events there are several threads about the All Stars. None of them cover your issue, but if you click on one of them and then scroll to the bottom of the info they provide, you can click on the "Contact us" button where is asks if you still need help.
