Im in the knockout finals for All Stars and I have no idea where to find the form. I thought I would have been sent one, never received it, please send one for I can fill it out.

I’m in the first round of the final knock outs. I’m currently in first place. When should I expect the pop up to happen? My hub button also doesn’t work.
There have been other comments posted as follows: I thought it would just pop up in the game like it did last year, but I have not seen it yet in my game.
If you don't receive a pop up directly in your game to complete the form, I would suggest you use the Contact Form to contact King directly early this week to confirm when the pop up will be available for completion.
