Hi @queen12345678 the form will eventually appear I am sure, but we all need to be patient. Everyone has from the 20th until the 28th to complete the form, so I guess that means it can pop-up at anytime between now and then.
The in-game form will not appear until the start of the Final Knockout Round 1 on the 20th April @c3focus

Is there a moderator on the forum anymore? This glitch just started today, the new levels that were just added are not syncing across my devices. All are up to date. It's also been saying occasionally about no connection, but closing out the game and restarting seems to take care of that. The real issue is the syncing…
Anyone else have an issue with the booster wheel not letting you spin? Mine says come back in xxx hours for the next spin, but the next spin never comes. I am so stuck on level 7280 and I need some booster help!!
