Hello again @Heidieliz I am so sorry you fell for King's cheap marketing practices. This is essentially what Candy Crush is all about and we had exactly the same problems last year, which is why I tried so hard to warn players here before the event started. I am sorry you weren't around then to read my post and that you lost so much money.
Basically King make the game look fun, help players in the first 2000 or so levels become addicted and make them feel they are really good at the game and after that hope you will spend money on the game. In the context of All Stars I believe King know very well that only the most experienced, serious crushers stand a chance of winning, but they want to make a profit, so they keep very quiet about the fact that new players stand no chance against these expert players and instead deliberately give you the impression that you are doing really well, because it is the new players who spend the money and where King's profits comes from. It may be unethical business practices, but assuredly King have covered every little detail in the terms and conditions, so you can save yourself the trouble of looking for a lawyer.
