How many players are into Final Knockout Round 2?

I will try to answer this question. It will be different from what I calculated in previous posts because Round 1 unexpectedly only had 20players per leaderboard.
Assuming like last year 18 million players started the competition:
Half were knocked out in round 1: 9 million remained
Half of those were knocked out in round 2: 4,5 million remained
70% were knocked out in round 3: 1,35 million remained
One in twenty passed this last round we have just played: Final knockout round 1/stage 4:
So that would mean there might be 67,500 players going into the next round.
It might be less than that given that some were kicked out for cheating or because of a glitch or simply gave up playing of course. So my best guess to answer my question would be:
There are probably about 50,000 players going into Final Knockout Round 2.
Since these will be the "creme de la creme" of Candy Crush players, the best of the best, I would suggest that no, you are not nearly there yet!
