Hello, I was 1st in the first round of the final phase, I received the prize and waited until the start of the 2nd round, but when the clock reset now to start, the score is without information and I am playing all day but it does not update on the scoreboard. I have a print of my classification and it was painful, hard playing it.
I don't know if there was any mistake in the competition that was supposed to start today at 10 am but so far the score is not updated, I spent the last 2 sleepless nights to overtake my opponent, I spent some money to qualify, I managed to overtake him with only 15 minutes left to the end of the first phase and now I'm waiting for the continuation and nothing. I'm ready.
hello @dinopvh I do not know what happened here but it looks like you are no longer in the competition. You would see a leaderboard right now if you were. If you read some of the posts here you will see that this round is gruelling and hard with 50 top players in each leaderboard so you are probably better off not playing this round. PLEASE just go to bed and get some sleep now!
There seem to be a hell of a lot of posts of players in exactly the same position as you. I have no idea how to help you or what to advise. There does seem to be some problem of the event disappearing between the last round and this round for some players. Of course you should have it if you qualified but apart from contacting player support I can't see what you can do. I read that you'd not slept for two nights and I'm concerned about that. But no, I'm sorry I'm not sure we can help you in the community here bring the event back.

It has been more than 6 hours since I sent complaint! But, I did not receive any reply yet!
Hopefully, if they see more complaints about the issue, they will act quickly🤞
Have you tried signing out of your game, restarting your device and then signing back into your game @dinopvh It's a longshot, but it might work. Some people have said this has worked (and is the advice given by Support) for them, but equally nothing has worked for more people.
