Can i change my gold bars with money ?
Try to close and open the app. If that doesn't work, close the app, reboot your phone and then open the app again. If you uninstall the app from your device you will lose any boosters you have, so I would only recommend this as a very last resort.
But i can't use my gold bars…

You can buy gold bars with your money, but you can't trade your gold bars for money. They are only good for playing the game.
