Hello @mvasquez unfortunately there is an issue with the Episode Race that results in some players not receiving their gold bars.
Currently there is no fix for the issue, so to receive your missing gold bars all you can do is contact King Player Support.
To contact Support please use the Help function (big pink question mark) of your game.
Did you take a screenshot? I find anytime I win a contest or achieve anything on the game to take a screenshot before you "claim" the prize. Customer service is pretty helpful and you should get an email back almost immediately. Even if you didn't get a screenshot of it the customer service team is usually pretty great about making things right. After all there is an occasional glitch at least I have had issues with not receiving bars or boosters or even having them disappear. 99.9 percent of the time customer service not only make it right but do it in a timely manner.
