Hello @Jupp_us_Kölle a lot of people have complained about issues with the Top That feature, but at the moment everyone's posts about the feature are just getting moved to the feedback thread created for this feature and they don't seem to be getting addressed.
Not receiving gold and the feature going missing at tier 17 are the two issues most complained about so far.
As with any feature of the game that does not deliver its reward as advertised please contact King Player Support.
