If you have timed colour bombs, why don't you try to play these levels anyway? They may sit next to the yellow candies if you are lucky and then you can pass the levels.

This level shows me demonstrations of how to defeat a ‘countdown crystal’ (looks just like a bomb), it gives you two tries out of the three available, once you’ve destroyed the first two the game ends as they other has exploded. You can’t use extra boosters either. When will this glitch be fixed??? You can’t pass the level at all!

This has cost me a lot of bars to try and get past, with no luck on 1882.

Are we able to claim for a refund on lost bars or progress?

I appreciate that everything in the game is free, but a lot of time and effort goes into progressing.

I have lost all my lives trying this level. It always begins with the tutorial starting the bomb countdown on 2. The third move is impossible and the bombs explode. I had won the weekly contest and those timed boosters have expired. I lost them because of shoddy work by the game designers. Not happy.

Hello @ScruffySi and welcome to the community. Really, you spent a lot of gold bars on this level? I don't understand to be honest as all you have to do is look at the starting board to see the bombs will explode after one move so obviously the level is faulty. But do contact player support as they should refund at least 10 gold for King's error. Try from the app as it is the easiest way. Click on settings (the pink cogwheel) and then on the ? then scroll through the options until you see "contact us" at the bottom and report what happened and that you wasted gold bars on this level. Hopefully they will credit some gold back into your game.

Same bug for myself. Looks like they updated production on a Friday. (worst thing to do in any project) cost them downtime for playtime for Friday, Saturday, Mother's Day, and Monday. It's crazy they haven't patched this yet, it's a good way for people to lose their interest in the game and quit lol

On the opening screen there are 2 yellow exploding candies which need to be cleared in the first move to stop them exploding. How can this be done without any boosters or sufficient gold bars? Also, I do not purchase boosters.
