Countdown crystals are just bombs (Levels 1881 & 1882)! CM:FIXED

Level 1
Countdown crystals have just been introduced in level 1881 but they are just bombs in my game?
I managed to get past the first level by buying more moves, but I can't do that now. This round forces me to move the orange bombs and the round instantly ends because of the yellow bombs
Any ideas

Hi everyone,
Thank you so much for bringing this to our attention. We've heard your reports about the crystal bombs in levels 1881 and 1882 not sparking joy, or explosions! Our game wizards are already on a quest to find and fix the glitch.
While they wave their magic wands, please try restarting your game or checking for any updates. Sometimes a little refresh is all it takes! And don't worry, we'll keep you updated as soon as we have the fix ready 🙂

It is not just you! Many playing are experiencing this issue in both 1881 & 1882 levels. The issue was reported to the game Studio and it is being investigated.
Please keep an eye on the main thread where we are compiling all the complaints —> Issue in level 1881 & 1882
In the meantime, please do not waste your boosters and/or gold bars to complete this level.Thank you for your patience & understanding 🍫🍫

Hello everyone and apologies for the delay in getting back to you all!
We have great news, levels 1881 and 1882 have been corrected and available on Android and Windows device.
iOS/Apple device will have the fix sent during the day!
Please make sure you have the latest game app version installed and give the game another try.

Hello @suuhmuniz please do not delete your game. There is no need and you will lose all of your saved boosters and lives.
The issue with level 1881 and 1882 should now have been fixed and all you have to do is update your app.

Please explain how to pass this level this is how you start and its a tutorial for some reason, you swipe up on the top one then the left one and the rgith one blows up

Hi guys. You must be part of a test group since this is certainly not the level 1881 most of us get. Have you come across this one @Pyrolight ?
I cannot see a solution from your screenshot of how to pass this without using a lollipop hammer. It seems faulty? I'm not quite sure what would happen if you swiped the bottom match first, but that seems to not be an option given this is a tutorial? I would suggest anyone with this version of the level contact player support. Do so from within the game using settings, and then the ? and scroll through the options until you get "contact us" at the bottom. If you get an automated email answer to that until you get a reply from a real person.

I see you have indefinite lives. Have you tried playing this level again and again and are the other candies surrounding the bombs different colours, maybe with a chance to create a colour bomb? Maybe you did miraculously pass this level on a further attempt? Does the hand that forces your first move only appear on your first or on every attempt? If boards on subsequent attempts are different, could you post some more screenshots of those?

Hello. We had another post here about level 1881, which apparently is impossible to pass even though it is like a tutorial? I don't have any of these countdown crystal levels in my game, they seem to be a test feature only a few players are getting. Maybe a test feature gone wrong? Could you please show us your starting board for level 1882?

I have just hit exactly the same problem and have no idea how to get past this!

I have just updated my game and hey, now I've got these levels too!
They are definitely faulty and cannot be passed.
These are my screenshots.
These are new with this week's update. Please, anyone who has these needs to contact Player Support and report these two levels. King will correct these if they get lots of complaints about them. So you need to let them know. Go into settings in yours app (the pink cogwheel) then press on the ? option and scroll through the options until you see "contact us" at the bottom.
A level that starts off with two yellow bombs on the count of "1" is quite clearly broken!
