Did you pay for any extra power ups or gold bars? If so, you won't be able to get ads to get free power ups.

I’ve been playing for years but am about done with this game. I’ll give it two more weeks and then I’m deleting my account. The game is definitely NO LONGER FUN!!! King killed it with their indifference or caring about their LOYAL players.
Putting legendary hard levels back to back is just cruel. It took me 300 tries to get past the first one. I’m up to 350 on the second one and am still trying to clear it. I have no points and refuse to spend money on a game that treats their players this way. I’m #2 on the weekly levels passed contest with FIVE levels cleared (before I ran into those back to back legendary levels.
King…is my utter and absolute frustration about how you’ve removed any reason to continue this game coming through in this post? Or maybe that’s your goal…get rid of those who refuse to pay your level ransom.

If I were a CCS advertiing customer I'd be mad/furious, and asking "what in heck are you doing pushing players to the point that they're so mad they're no longer willing to view our ads?"
Somebody would have some serious explaining to do!

Thank you for the feedback. The video ad feature as all ads and promotional features is still a test feature in the game, which means that some of you can get Lives, while others can get Boosters or other items from this feature.
This also means that the video ads will not always be available and not found in all player's games or on all devices.
So if you at the moment are missing the ads in your game, just stay tuned and keep an eye in the game to see when the ads are back.
