Butterflies not being credited

This is an issue that has happened in my game multiple times. I tapped on one earlier and it was recorded. Tapped on two more as soon as they came up later in the game and neither of them are credited. Considering I am tapping on the butterfly icon immediately, one would assume it would be added. Any ideas ?

Hello, did you pass the levels in which you tapped the butterflies? If yes, then it’s definitely an error or glitch with the game and I hope tech support can help you.

From my understanding, the tapped butterflies will only be credited/ added when we pass that same.

Daily Rewards
I think that for our Daily Rewards that are on a timer, i.e., 1 hour, the timer should not start on the reward until we are actually PLAYING. Some of us login to get our Daily Rewards, but don't have time to play at that time so we lose them.

Ad booster not received or working
It's been more than 20 days, but my problem hasn't been resolved yet. I'm still not receiving ad boosters. Even after two recent updates, I'm still not getting the ad boosters.

this level opens and immediately says you lost the level with zero moves made. I believe there’s a glitch in this level. It’s been happening for two days.
