⛔ FIXED! Unable to log in to Kingdom account - Also lost progress, missing friends and Gold Bars

It looks like you are also experiencing the same glitch as the players in this thread —> Unable to log in; Lost Gold Bars, Profile picture & Friends list (click on the Green letters to open that discussion thread).The King team is aware about this issue and they started investigating it yesterday.
Until the glitch is fixed, please wait and do not reinstall your game.
Just a note! Your question also will be merged into above thread (the one I have added in Green letters). So, please don't feel that your question got deleted.

Wonder when it'll get fixed. I'm in the same boat and just when I had restarting winning gold bars again :(

Somebody help! All my gold are gone! I have about more than 1500 gold if i remember correctly. And my friends disappeared too! My profile name and pic are replaced. I'm so heartbroken😢😢😢😢😢

Same here. I also lost all my gold bars (around 1000) and friends list is empty. The Games gives me again all the starter tips and tries to explain me the game gain 😊. But I am already level 13107.Profile picture is different. Boosters are intact.
I did already send 2 support messages, but there you only get the automatic generated answers that they are sorry …

Yes, I had the same issue! Everything was wiped! It kept saying wrong email or password.

i was at Level 14700 and now everything is away, i am Level 1!!!! Really ? WhatsApp the Problem? I Dont get an answere at my mails

I am having the same trouble. Friends gone, picture changed, and gold bricks gone but I only had 48 and it was like being alone in the candy crush universe.

Same issue with me - nor friends (don't know hoy many), no gold (was about 7800), no boosters. Also falling back from levell 14.500 (or so) to levell 15.
Anyway I had to make a new account to post this message. The original combination of password and email was rejected by the server.
For solution - working on android 14, Motorola G84; no possibility to log in at facebook.I guess the user ID changes with every new start. I havn't used upcase letters in my email.
@King do you thing you will find a solution in a short time?
